Happy Fourth!! Don't get too crazy. We went all out this year. With the kids in Utah, it just isn;t the same. We are going to join friends at a BBQ tonight and watch their kids light fireworks. Otherwise, we slept in and Peter is working today to help out a friend who broke their septic system with an excavator (there were fireworks of a different sort). Anyway, we should all take a few minutes to show our gratitude for the freedoms that we have in this wonderful country that we live in.
Kimbie- We would have loved to see you tonight and enjoy the fireworks, but Josh's grandparents made us promise to come to their BBQ... and then they went to Logan! Anyway, we'd love to get together sometime. Give us a call!
It was so fun to hear from you. I'm glad I get to keep up with you now. Your kids are darling and your cute little Kaiyenna reminds me so much of you when you were a little girl!
Me: Kaiyenna, do you want a peanut butter and honey sandwhich?
Kaiyenna: No, thats gross. Me: It's good you'll like it.
(making sandwhich in the mean time and Kaiyenna eating it)
Kaiyenna: MMMMMMMM, mom this is AMAZING, I told you I'd like it!!!!!!
The Mr. and Mrs.
How it all began...
They both come from families of 10. Kimbie was working with Joey's little sisters husband at the custard stand when it all started. It actually took a few months before they actually met. They were both dating people and never actually went on dates with each other. Feb 12, 2005 was when they finally went on their date, it was love at first sight...well for Kimbie anyway. Joey was pretty much done dating seriously when they met. He thought they could become really good friends. Not realizing she was the woman of his dreams. But it takes more than one date to realize that for some people. After about 2 months of being friends Joey was ready to make things serious... Kimbie, already wanting that from the first date, had to be a little patient. So when that day finally came, she was already ready. They dated seriously for like 2 days when they both decided...dum dum dumdum. They were married that following July 2, 2005. 4 1/2 years later they have two beautiful children. Kaiyenna Faith, who is 3 years old and Keydran Jake, who is 2 year old. And thats how this flock of ducks started.
