A Saturday of fun!

Today we were on our way out to go do something fun. Our neighbor Robert and Genie were out with there cute little chihuahua mix something. Her name is Tinker Bell. Well....they let Kaiyenna hold her, with the help of Joey of course! they are gonna breed her with another little dog they have. And told us that we can have first pick and get the pup for 1/2 price.....HA HA HA HA HA Joey hates dogs what? If I could handle potty training a dog too, I might be able to keep one. They don't get very big and they don't shed too much. I know Kaiyenna would LOVE it. But probably wont happen. Oh well. So after playing with Tinker Bell we headed up to the coppermine. I had never been, and Joey thought it would be fun for us to go see it. He use to go up there all the time to clear his head and relax. It was pretty cool. The trucks are HUGE. They have to climb a latter to get in. The tires are HUGE too. Its crazy. I know I wouldn't like that job. I don't think I could handle driving that slow.
These next photos are of stuff out side. The Train and
fire hydrant they used back in the day I guess. The rock
was in the back of the train. It has copper in it...oooooo!
When we went inside there was lots of cool stuff. The scale they used to weigh Gold and silver.
This is 100% real gold
and this is 100% real silver.
We saw this GE thing and thought of our good friends Justin & Tina. So we took a picture! Justin works for GE so I think he'll appreciate this!
On our way out I happend to see this. The kids were getting tired and hungry so we left early.
Rushing out the door I took a quick picture of this Tiffany's&Co.™ ring. I thought it was pretty cool!
After leaving the coppermine, we headed to the The Training Table..(a utah original) and had lunch. After getting our bellies full we headed down to Thanksgiving point to the Dino Museum. It was pretty cool. Except for the fact that they don't just close the doors at 8:00pm, but they kick everyone out. Stupid. So we didn't even get to finish our tour. But we did build a dinosaur!!
If we were dinosaurs, this is what we would look like. hee hee hee!

I got a shot of a skull. It's so BIG that I couldn't even get the whole thing on the camera.

So there is our Saturday of fun. I hope you enjoyed it. We did!

Cute layout! That's a good idea going to the Copper Mine. I haven't been there since elementary school. I bet Kaleb would love seeing the trucks.
